  I switched Pharmacy about 4 years ago after a bad experience with Walgreens. Been using cvs pharmacy in hickory hills since then . For the most part its been pritty good most delays are from my insurance approval. I've had 15 surgeries in 10 years . Have a Spinal stimulators and wires in my spine and back. I'm always in pain and have 8 or 9 medications i can take at any given day. But the other day i ran out out my pain medication Vicodin , yellow pill, and the pharmacist on duty fill my Prescription with a generic brand a white pill which I took because I was in a considerable amount pain. 1st time in 4 yrs. I was given this by cvs without them telling me or my approval. I called Pharmacist on duty explained what had happened and im sick to my Stomach and feel like vomiting , I was told that that's a common side afect for this particular bran Pharmacist on duty told me to take a motion sickness pill with this pills Til I get used to them. Just what I need another pill and I'm sure that they come included with these pills free of charge . Well I don't have any motion sickness pills about a 1/2 hour later I violently Vomited in my bedroom in the hallway in the bathroom. For the next 45 minutes I sat in the bathroom talking to the tidy bowl man. Then spent 2 hours cleaning my Room the carpet the bathroom etc... And also vomiting another 2 times. I forced to deal with the pain and was up most of the night. 1st thing in the morning I go to CVS pharmacy with the pills and explain what happened. Was told again that the side effect for those pills and did not have to tell me that they switch the brain. They refuse to take the pills back and refused to give me my prescription so i may fill it out somewhere Else since they sit there and unable to get that brand anymore. I was told to call my doctor. Well lucky me my doctor will be off till January 3rd the beginning of next year WoW . Now I'm waiting for another doctor to see me so I can get a new prescription. Customers beware inspect your medication before you take it refuse it if it's not what you asked for . Because they was surely sell to you hoping you will come back and Spend some more money at there store for motion sickness pills. Time to find another Durg store that is not trying to make extra money on me and get you sick in the process. I can not chance something like this again and be treated like that again Very disappointed VERY...
